As a medium-sized civil company, our company directors are involved in every project. In order to deliver top-quality results, we limit the number of projects we take on each year to ensure that they are completed to our exacting standards. With larger companies, you run the risk of having multiple (and ever-changing) project managers leaving you with communication issues and a less-than-productive experience.

  1. 1. We will contact you once you have provided us with your contact information.
  2. 2. Approximately one business week after receiving the plans, we will provide a free quote. The quote is usually valid for thirty days.
  3. 3. If you accept the quote, we will send you the contract and schedule the start time in accordance with your needs.

As we have all types of diggers, trucks, and other equipment on hand, we are able to ensure that the progress of the project will not be impeded by the leasing of equipment. As a result, our construction costs are also reduced. Then, we ensure all materials are planned well in advance and ordered ahead of time. Lastly, a key reason why our costs are kept low is that we build at cost with no margins. Low costs and staying within budget are paramount, this is the service we will provide.

TRADE WINDS GROUP makes sure that the entire process is very transparent. We make all aspects of your project visible and clear. After the project starts, every step we complete will have a report sent to you so that you can keep track of the project.
